Creative Correspondence

The Creative Zone Jul-12-2007
Purveyors of Papercraft & Book Arts since 1993
I officially declare Judy and Michael Jacobs as my creative heroes of the week. They founded the Creative Zone in 1993 with the goal to "do fun, educational projects that are good for the environment, and began by developing and teaching over 50 papercraft, rubber stamp and book arts classes."

Papercrafting is an exciting medium with unlimited potential in artistic and creative expression, and this is reflected throughout the The Creative Zone's pages and in its philosophy: "We believe that paper provides unlimited opportunities for feeding the soul with creative expression."

A tour of the Creative Zone's Web site reveals a treasure-trove of creativity-inspiring things: books, sculptures, gifts, and "galleries of projects past", and you simply can't miss browsing their catalogue of Paper Craft Packet Kits, Coffee Art, and Creative Resources.

And the reading and creative project enthusiast that I am, I can't help but spotlight the following books authored by Judy and Michael Jacobs that you can check out from your local library or acquire online. BONUS FUN: Try a free project from Cards That Pop-Up, Flip & Slide as seen on the Carol Duvall Show: Photo Flip Card Project.
