Nit Wits #22 Creative Outlets Sep-7-2005
Electrifying Creative Energy by Chris Dunmire
Well, what else was I going to use the electrical
outlets I learned how to draw in Nit Wits #20 (One
Night Stand) for? Actually, in addition to amusing
myself, this Nit Wits comic gave me the chance to memorialize
the experimental book cover painting "Vibrance" I
did in January 2004 for a Found
Art! Project. Isn't that cool? I don't know where on
earth that book painting now resides, but I'll always have
its essence captured in Nit Wit land.
By the way, the topic of creative outlets is one I intend
on writing about someday. It probably won't have anything to
do with electrical face-plated plugins popping off the wall
to engage in painting... on the other hand, if I'm writing
about
it,
you never know. •
