Nit Wits #24: Ho Ho Ho Posted Dec-10-2005
A Holiday Hostess for the Mostess

What if Christmas trees were really made out of Hostess brand Ho-Ho's? Then nobody would need to leave Santa Claus any chocolate chip cookies, that's what! Sure gives a new spin on the jolly ole dude's laugh, don't it?

On second thought, one couldn't think of putting up such a delicious tree too far ahead of the gift-grabbing-unwrapping-day. Can you imagine all of the morsel picking going on? Once the room clears, Fido would down that tree in one fell swoop!

Okay, maybe you don't like Ho Ho's. Ding Dongs wouldn't do it for you either then (they're just a drum-shaped version of a Ho-Ho, ya know). The Wicked Witch on the Wizard of Oz didn't like 'em either. Remember the song "Ding Dong the Wicked Witch is dead!"
