Can you imagine what the world would be like if the plant and
animal kingdom was as obsessed with health and beauty as humans
are? Thankfully, we can look at things like flowers with all
of their splendor and know that they accept their nature as-is.
We'd never hear a long-stem rose lament, "Boy, I sure
could lose a few petals!"
Since low-carb diets are all the rage today, a little letter
transposing fun was in order. Now I have to wonder: would the
first two weeks of a low carb diet make a crustacean crabby?
Do crustaceans eat bread? If so, do you think they request
to have the crusts cut off since they are crust-aceans? Are
there any crabs living in South Beach Florida who'd like to
comment? •
