If you have words buzzing around in your head, a
doodle itching in your fingers, or a design idea for your next
quilt
— start
taking steps to manifest (give form to) your creative idea.
Right before you do that, discard any notions that
the manifestation should be perfect the first time around.
Or the second,
third, or fourth. Plan for imperfect manifesting. Then there
is nothing to be afraid of!
Yes, just start typing your words, drawing your doodles, and
designing your quilt. With certainty, you'll know what to
do when the next step arrives.
This creativity tip is taken directly from
one of my own creative ideas that failed at first, but
went onto became successful. But if I never manifested the
idea to begin with, it wouldn't have become anything.
It's true — read about it here: The
First e-Book I Never Wrote. And don't forget about my Nit Wit comics!
