Creativity Tip #9: Take a nap to recharge your creative battery.

By Chris Dunmire

If you've read any books by SARK, you'll know that she's one of the biggest proponents for taking naps whenever the need arises. Why? Because being creative takes a lot of energy. When our energy gets low, we need to find ways to recharge or we might find ourselves being less productive, mistake-prone, and negative. For some people, taking a short nap is the perfect cure to refresh and rejuvenate and get back to the creative work at hand.
