Sunflowering Consciousness

I just realized that I haven't posted photos of my first-born sunflower children all grown up from 2007. Well, just because it's a year later doesn't mean Momma don't still have pride!

Let's see, I last showed my sunflower babies to you at 57 days (June 27), so the following photos are taken about two months later (August 22) with them all grown up around 9-feet tall!

The process of growing these happy, friendly flowers brought me so much joy and the desire to plant them again this year.
