Womanspace: A Morningstar Rising This inspiring video is about Womanspace in Rockford, Illinois, celebrating its 35th year anniversary in 2011. This is also the place where I facilitate kids' creativity playshops and grow from my own self-acceptance. • What are you afraid of? I dug up this Nit Wits from 2007 because it made me laugh when I saw it on my profile page at Creativity Portal today. I then proceeded to make this version bigger and blue-er to remind me that fear is an ego-based thing. Writing prompt: What are you afraid of, and why? And why does that chicken up there look more like an egg than a chicken? • A Penny for My Thoughts Lots of people want to do away with pennies these days. For many, the penny is little more than a nuisance, a worthless 1-cent coin they’d rather just round up to a nickel and forget about.
