Hello, Julia Cameron Posted Feb-18-2005
I've known about Julia Cameron for several years, but actually started "reading" her about two weeks ago. I ordered three of her books: The Artist's Way (Psychology / Self-Help), The Right to Write (Writing) and The Writer's Life (Creativity / Spirituality).

I began reading The Artist's Way but soon decided to see what The Right to Write was about instead. Before finishing the three-page introduction, I realized that The Right to Write was where I had to begin my journey to Cameron Island.

Like a comfortable blanket, Julia's words wrapped around me and gave me a sense of trust and security. She was completely understanding, motivating, and inspiring towards the feelings that swirled around in my mind and heart for a long time. I kid you not, in the space of a few dozen pages I was completely captivated by Julia Cameron.
